Vinification

Collection of grapes at maturity, harvest in green. Yield 53 Hl/hectare, planted on gravelly limestone soil. One punching per day.
Maceration for 3 weeks with temperature control.

Tasting notes

Beautiful cherry red color, it has a very fresh raspberry and currant aromas. The attack on the palate is pleasant, the taste of fruit is very crunchy with hints of ripe fruit.
A pleasant wine with beautiful harmony between the fruity side and gently tannins.

Food pairing

Excellent with white meats, grilled fish or light cheeses.
