Regular water supply without excess throughout the vegetative cycle and a strong sunshine ensure a complete maturation of the grapes.
Grape varieties
80% Chardonnay 20% Viognier.
Winemaking process
Night harvest in august, hand select all the grapes.
A housing is carried out for 24 hours, after pressing then cold settled. Fermentation temperatures are regulated between 14 and 18° C.
Tasting notes
Color: Pale yellow, with golden reflections.
Nose: Open and expressive, with notes full of pears and white flowers.
Taste: Suave, delicious and balanced, this wine has a nice freshness and persistence.
Food pairing
Serve chilled (8-12° C) as an aperitif. This wine will go well with asparagus or fresh vegetables, fish in sauces and creamy cheeses.
