Clay limestone soil.
Regular water supply without excess throughout the vegetative cycle and a strong sunshine ensure a complete maturation of the grapes.

Grape varieties

60% Merlot, 40% Syrah.

Winemaking process

Frequent visits to the plots allow us to follow these maturities. The grapes macerate for ten days at a regulated cool temperature to let the tannins and aromas of fresh fruit invade the juice and then the wine, without compromising the balance we seek.

Tasting notes

Color: red, purple, limpid and purple reflections.
Nose: powerful complex black, spices, small red fruits, delicate vegetal touch.
Powerful, concentrated structured attack on the palate, silky tannins. Aroma of red fruits.

Food pairing

Serve with sausage, lamb, veal (grilled or stew), carbonara pasta, mild flavored cheese.
