Grape varieties

70% Chardonnay, 30% Colombard.

Winemaking process

Harvested at the end of August. Mechanical night harvesting with destemming under neutral gas to prevent oxidation of the juice. Cold settling. Each vine is vinified separately. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Winemaking temperature between 15°C and 18°C. 2 months aging on lees with regular stirring.

Tasting notes

Its color is light yellow with green reflections. The nose lets you guess floral notes, exotic fruits and citrus fruits. The attack in the mouth is fresh and greedy. It is relayed by a lively vivacity, doubled by a volume in the mouth that balances the whole.

Food Pairing

Formidable with shellfish, white meat and even fish.
