Maturation in stainless steel tank.

Tasting notes

An elegant and fresh nose reminiscent of fresh cherry, blackberry and violet. A round and harmonious mouth with subtle aromas of blackcurrant and plum, and a touch of licorice in the finale.

Excellent accompanied by cold meats or meat.
