Soils: Clay and limestone.
Age of vineyards: more than 30 years,
Low yield :50 hl / h.

Grape varieties

30% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 30% Carignan.

Vinification and maturing

Fermentation under temperature control between 26°C and 27°C.
Long maceration during fermentation, intact bunches, 15% were matured in casks.

Tasting notes

Dark red with purple shade, Well balanced with concentrated aromas of vanilla, pepper and blackberry jam. Supple and round tannins.It has a long and satisfying finish.

Food pairing

Local cuisine, game meat, duck, red meat with sauce.
