Vinification

Harvest at night with machines. Each grape is vinified separately. Carbonic maceration (saturation of the C02 aromas. Fermentation under temperature control for 3 weeks.

Maturing

Matured in stainless steel vats tank) to extract a maximum of fermentation. Regular racking preserve maximum fruits and concentrations.

Tasting notes

Bright pink robe of the wine, opens on a floral nose, with accents of citrus caramelize and white flowers, the palate is fresh, crunchy, with a round and supple tannin in mouth.

Food Pairing

It accompanies very well with shellfish or salad, also would be perfect as an aperitif.
