Destemming grapes. Fermentation temperature control. One or two the dumping over during fermentation. Only a 20% of this wine is matured in oak to preserve what the soils, the old vines and the climate have to offer. A firm value with guaranteed pleasure.

Tasting notes

A deep red.
In the mouth : Carignan is a generous and powerful wine with a beautiful structure. Notes of spices and ripe fruits (prune ripe) give this wine all the South spirit.

Food pairing

He accompanies a nice piece of beef such as “Filet Mignon”.
